Welcome to Illusions Dance Factory, based in Smithton, Tasmania. Please take the tour and see what we can offer you. Circular head is small but has enthusiastic, energetic children and adults ready to take on a challenge. That is why Illusions is expanding all the time with around 150 students currently enjoying tuition from our professional team.
With the success of 2008, Illusions is looking to be even bigger and better in 2009. Illusions have had recent success in the 2008 Eisteddfod, a high standard of dancing coming from our students in their exams and concerts, with a huge achievement coming from our 2008 Shrek Production. Recently 6 of our teachers performed in the 2009 Devonport Dance Fiesta which was also a great success. With all this behind us we are looking to achieve even more this year, come and join us.....We can create the dancer in you!
Our newly acquired bigger complex at 94a Emmett Street, Smithton allows students room to move and sit back to relax. Illusions is gradually expanding and we look forward to seeing some new faces at the studio.
Illusions styles are choreographed by experienced teachers from different backgrounds in the industry. Some routines have been used through generations of studio owners and are still going strong, while others have come from Melbourne and further.
We have a relaxed atmosphere with an emphasis on building confidence in our one hour classes. It is a great feeling to know we are contributing to the community with the awesome service we offer. We can create the dancer in you!
